The whole team at NOW Marketing was beyond excited to partner with luxury brand MGallery by Sofitel at the Bryon Writers Festival. Surrounded by such creative folks, it wasn't a surprise that the NOW|GREEN SCREEN was chosen as the activation product.
The location couldn't have been a better fit. Campaigning the hashtag #MyMemorableMoment, guests at the festival were encouraged to create their own MGallery by Sofitel story by posing 'in' their hotel of choice. Promoting all 11 hotels in Australia and New Zealand, it was certainly a challenge for NOW to setup 11 green screen background and branded overlay options. But we're glad to say, challenge was accepted and well met!
Muddy puddles and rain clouds above our heads couldn't dampen the spirit of the day. We were totally inspired by how optimistic and creative the guests were! They shared their stories, we helped them select props, they got work posing, we snapped their moment. Together, we created a memory that was printed and digitally shared. Hopefully though, beyond social, the experience is a lifelong memory that will bring a smile every time they pass by a MGallery by Sofitel Hotel.
For the first time, NOW Marketing was also in charge of the whole setup styling. Huge thanks to Hampton Event Hire and Byron Bay Wedding and Party Hire who so patiently worked with us (everything was too gorgeous). We beamed as guests complimented on the how beautiful the marquee looked. Hard work pays off when great experience and service for our clients and their customers are created!
